WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

You are entitled to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days from the date of the receipt of a consignment without providing reasons.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery from the seller to the buyer (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the return. Payments are reimbursed by: bank transfer to the account specified in the return form or to the account and by the method used when paying. You are only liable for any diminished value of the good resulting from the handling of the good other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.

We are obliged to deliver goods free from any defects. If you, however, receive a defective product, we exchange it without undue delay after reporting such fact for a new product and cover the costs of delivering it to us.

EXCHANGES

In the event of exchange, we exchange the good on receiving it without undue delay, and if a new good is cheaper than the returned one, we reimburse the overpayment and the costs of delivery from the seller to the buyer (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the return by bank transfer to the account given in the return form or to the account from which the payment was made. At the same time, it is important to remember that you are liable for any diminished value of the good resulting from the handling of the good other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.

COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEES

We are liable under warranty if a physical defect has been found within two years from the date of delivery. We oblige ourselves to consider each complaint within 14 days.

Our goods are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s guarantee.
